The Best Universities in the UK in 2025 Table with Scores
This year, Imperial College London has toppled the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge as the highest-performing UK university in a global ranking for the first time, according to the latest QS World University Rankings.
In the QS rankings of 90 British universities, 20 improved their position compared to the previous year, while 52 experienced a decline and 18 maintained their ranking.
