2. Scope of Services Provided
University Connect UK offers professional guidance and consultation to students intending to study at universities in the United Kingdom. Our core services include:
- University Selection and Admission Guidance: We assist students in identifying suitable universities and courses based on their academic background, career aspirations, and financial capacity. We provide information on entry requirements, application procedures, and relevant deadlines.
- Application Assistance: We help students complete and submit their university applications, ensuring that all required documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within the stipulated timeframes. This includes personal statements, letters of recommendation, and academic transcripts.
- English Language Proficiency Guidance: For students required to demonstrate English proficiency, we provide support in registering for and preparing for IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent language assessments.
- Visa Counselling and Support: We assist students in preparing their student visa applications, advising on required documentation, financial evidence, and visa interview preparation. However, we do not have control over visa approval decisions made by the UK Home Office.
- Pre-Departure Services: We provide guidance on accommodation options, travel arrangements, and settling into life in the UK, including advice on student life, financial planning, and cultural adaptation.
It is important to note that while we provide expert advice and support, we do not guarantee admission to any university or the approval of any visa application, as respective institutions and authorities make these decisions.
3. Eligibility Criteria and Client Responsibilities
Our services are available to students from Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan, as well as other international applicants seeking university admission in the UK. To engage with our services, the following criteria must be met:
- To use our services independently, the student must be at least 16 years old. For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.
- The client must provide accurate, authentic, and complete information regarding academic history, personal details, and financial status. Any false or misleading information may result in application rejection or visa denial.
- The client must ensure timely submission of documents, including academic certificates, transcripts, passport copies, financial statements, and any other documents required by universities or immigration authorities.
- Clients are responsible for responding promptly to communication from University Connect UK, partner universities, and visa authorities. Failure to respond within given deadlines may affect the application process.
University Connect UK is not liable for any rejections, delays, or additional processing times caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information accurately and on time.
4. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy
Certain consultancy services provided by University Connect UK may be subject to fees. The pricing structure for services is determined based on the package chosen and the level of assistance required. Clients will be informed of the total service cost before engaging in any paid services.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and online payment gateways. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all payments must be completed before the application or visa process begins.
Our Refund Policy is as follows:
- A full refund will be provided only if University Connect UK fails to provide the agreed consultancy services due to internal reasons.
- If a client withdraws from our services before submitting an application, a partial refund may be considered based on the level of work already completed.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- University admission rejections.
- Visa denials due to client-provided incorrect or fraudulent documents.
- Changes in personal circumstances prevent the client from studying abroad.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected], and processing times may vary.
5. University Admission and Visa Process
University admission decisions are solely at the discretion of the universities and their admissions committees. While we assist in preparing strong applications, we do not influence admission decisions.
Likewise, student visa approvals are the responsibility of the UK Home Office. We provide professional guidance to ensure compliance with visa requirements, but the immigration authorities make the final decision.
Clients must abide by all UK visa regulations during their studies. Any violations, including unauthorised work or failure to attend university, may result in visa revocation, for which University Connect UK holds no liability.
6. Limitation of Liability
University Connect UK acts as an advisory service and shall not be held responsible for:
- University application rejections.
- Visa denials or delays.
- Financial losses incurred due to visa refusals or application rejections.
- Changes in university admission policies, visa rules, or immigration laws.
Under no circumstances shall University Connect UK be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect client privacy and comply with UK GDPR. By using our services, clients consent to collecting, processing, and storing personal data necessary for university admission and visa processing.
We do not share personal data with third parties except when required for application submissions, visa processes, or legal obligations. Clients may request data access, correction, or deletion by contacting [email protected].
